The advice provide by Kieran from the outset was very honest and always puts the customer first. Kieran is very knowledgeable in his field and this put me at ease from the outset. I’ve spoken to many of the staff with regards to my insurance policies and Wills. At all times the staff were very helpful and the information provided was to the point and always relevant to what was being discussed.

Exceptional customer service. Nothing was ever too much trouble regardless what time of day or night. You can be assured that from the outset you are taken care off. Very quick response time to queries made. I would often have an answer to my queries within 10 mins of contacting Kieran or a member of his team.

Kieran and his team ALWAYS put the customer first and ALWAYS look for the best value for the customer. Many of my queries were answered and actioned by Kieran when he was on holiday. This shows exceptional qualities of a true people person. No matter which member of the team I spoke with they were friendly and always asked how my day was. Nothing was to much trouble and they deal with your queries with a smile on their face.

From the first meeting with Kieran I was put at ease by his view on what was best for me and my family. Kieran is friendly knowledgeable and his approach never makes you feel as if it’s a sales call. We recently upgraded our Life/Critical Illness cover and received an excellent service. We worked with Kieran and he couldn’t do enough to ensure that we had the right cover in place. He always responded the same day to emails or phone calls and was extremely knowledgeable when talking about the products, which gave me confidence that he really understood us and the policies. Kieran even offered to meet with us if we were unsure of anything and wanted to go over it in person.

I normally don’t write reviews for products or companies as often I feel they are just doing their job but Kieran always went above and beyond and put up with me going back and forward with all my questions, as I like to ensure I understand what I am buying. I would definitely recommend The Insurance Helpline. From the word go they have been brilliant. Their advice and knowledge of life insurance and critical illness policies are second to none. I recently took out a life insurance policy through The Insurance Helpline. Kieran was really helpful and has a great knowledge and understanding of all the different policies available, and what would suit the needs of my wife and I. There was no hard sell when dealing with Kieran and he only tried to get me a better deal than my previous insurer without any pressure.

Kieran has advised me on my Life Insurance since 2014 when he initially came to visit me at my home. His advice was top class and he made it extremely easy to understand how life insurance works and the different types of policies that are available. I also had an issue with another firm who mis-sold me a poor quality policy in 2018 by lying to me and Kieran went above and beyond to rectify this issue for me and get me back on a great quality policy.
